Pioneering as Adelaide's first linear style Salsa studio over 2 years ago, we are now also proud to be Adelaide's first Salsa On2 (NY style) studio, offering students the opportunity to broaden their dancing horizons and giving them the tools with which they can dance with anyone, anywhere, anytime! Kevin and Chelsea started dancing together in 2004 and have quickly become Adelaide’s most sought after dancers. Adelaide’s pioneers of linear style salsa, Kevin and Chelsea founded Salsa Connection in 2006 as the first pure linear salsa school in Adelaide. They pride themselves on their precision, while keeping their dancing fun and exciting. Their connection is visible when they dance, and they enjoy touching each dance partner they have with their infectious energy, even if it’s only for one dance! Kevin and Chelsea’s adaptability, each of them dancing both lead and follow, as well as their commitment to the improvement of not only themselves but also their students, keeps men, women and teachers coming back class after class. Kevin and Chelsea helped to put South Australia and the Adelaide Salsa scene on the map when they placed top 6th at the national competition, the Australian Salsa Classic! Amateur couple Mark & Kari were also there to strut their stuff and show Australia we can cut it with the best of them! The "Heaps Good!" crew from Adelaide went across to have fun and show a united front for the Adelaide Salsa scene... and that's exactly what we did!
