Always wanted to have greater general flexibility but haven't been sure how to go about it?
Are you a salsa dancer who envies the range of movement of other dancers?
Or is it simply about making the time to stretch?
Flexibility is an essential component to health and well being and allows your body to move easily through its complete range of motion, improving circulation and posture. Additionally, allowing time to stretch your body also gives your body and mind a chance to relax and become centred, something we so rarely allow time for in our busy schedules.
For only $10 per class, Salsa Connection now offers regular, weekly stretching classes designed to improve your strength and flexibility at your own pace. There will be a range of floor and standing moves over the course of the hour that will see you walk out of the class feeling refreshed and stretched!

Where: All classes held at Dance Space, 20 Crittenden Rd, Findon When: Every Saturday 11:30am - 12:30pm (straight after Zumba!) Cost: Only $10 per class!
Make sure you wear loose, comfortable clothing and have some socks handy - sometimes sneakers are too big and bare feet can either grip the floor or get sore. And don't forget to bring some water with you to keep you feeling refreshed the whole way through the class. If you forget, we'll have some bottles available for you to purchase on the day!

The body stretches best when it is warm. So why not do your stretching class straight after your Zumba class? If you attend our Zumba class and wish to do the stretching class straight away, it's only $5 until the end of February!!

Your Salsa Connection Dance Studio is taking 3 Performances across to Sydney to present at the Congress and we want a chance for the teams to stretch their legs in front of a friendly home crowd! Come and support your friends and fellow students as they put themselves on display with their new routines for the first time!
- The Salsa Connection Mod Squad Student Team will be put through their paces!
- The Salsa Connection Pro Team will have it's first outing too!
- And your SCDS Directors, Kevin & Chelsea will once again blast the floor with their astounding couples routine!
This will be a great, fun night and a perfect way to start the year off... we're looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces and dancing feet there too!

Salsa Connection's New Salsa Beginners Classes Now at Tapas on Hindley!
"Tapas Nights" is now the place to be each Thursday night to learn Salsa and have fun!
Grab your friends and come groove with Adelaide's best Latin Dance School, Salsa Connection Dance Studio, as they teach you all you need to know to get yourself out and having fun on the dance floor!
The Course runs an 8 week syllabus... this means if you miss a lesson or a cool move, you can always pick it up again next time around with a casual lesson, so you'll never miss out!
And the cool thing is that once you have finished your classes, there's an awesome bar and atmosphere for your to hang around and join in the social dancing after classes! Students, instructors, dancers - everyone will be there to dance with you!
Adelaide now has another great venue to groove the night away... come and practice your cool moves, socialise and just generally have fun! And being so close to the weekend, there's no reason why you can't come out, enjoy a drink or two and dance the night away with great people, to awesome music!

8 week Course is only $120, or only $220 per coulple!

Definitely! These classes will fill up quickly, so contact us early to book your spot!

What is there to do after classes?
Well, our regular Salsa Classes will be followed by Adelaide's newest night of Social Dancing!
So, we have Salsa Level 2 from 7.00pm till 8.00pm, then Salsa Level 1 from 8.00pm till 9.00pm... Then... Hot Social Dancing from 9.00pm onwards!
Come and learn Salsa, get some funky moves and then practice the night away! The atmosphere will be fantastic, with students, dancers and instructors alike, all grooving away together to some great tunes! Salsa, Cha-Cha, Bachata, Zouk... it'll all be there!

Come and learn with Adelaide's best Instructors as we take you through an 8 week, comprehensive and easy to understand Salsa syllabus, starting you on your way to becoming a great dancer!
Nationally recognised for our focus on "Beautiful Basics, Fabulous Fundamentals and Terrific Technique", let us introduce you to the wonderful world of Salsa with you first dose of basics steps, rhythm, timing, musicality, partner work, correct spinning techniques, floorcraft, leading and following fundamentals and even techniques on how to link moves together... all done in a professional yet fun and friendly manner, ultimately connecting you from your soul to your soles!
